Archaeologists -- Graverobbers?
When you think of a graverobber, what comes to mind? Evil little, shovel-weilding men craving great wealth? Or do you imagine your neighbor, an archaeologist? For centuries these "historians" have been plundering sacred buildings. The Great Pyramid surely wasn't built because the pharoh wanted to be dug up a few thousand years later for an autopsy. How many archaeologists have a loved one who has passed away? How would they feel if someone came along and excavated the burial site of their grandmother? I find it entirely disrespectful to disturb the dead. From my perspective, any archaeologist might as well be considered a thief. Expect a follow-up on this soon!
