Jason shut the car off and layed the keys in his lap. Thinking of something to say, he hesitated.
"Bess, it doesn't matter what you wear; I love you. You could wear my clothes and I would feel the same."
I got out of the car and slowly shut the door. After a few deep breaths I approached the house, and I was soon
followed by Jason. His steps were bigger than mine so he quickly caught up to me. I felt his hand on my back as he
began walking beside me. Jason smiled when I looked up at him, and I smiled back. Turning my attention to the house
I saw the curtains fall against the window. Cody was watching us.
I curled my legs up against my chest. I always felt so comfortable in Jason's room. I felt safe at Jason's house -- period.
